Brief Cognitive Processing Therapy–Based Intervention for Recently Traumatized Individuals
Following the translation of the Promotion of Emotional Disclosure (PoED) manual developed by Cordova and colleagues (2003), we have been conducting a randomized controlled trial to examine the effectiveness of this brief intervention among adults who have been recently exposed to traumatic events. In this project, I delivered the psychoeducation program (CG) and PoED sessions as a practitioner.
Mental Health status of Korean Disaster Victim Investigators (K-DVI) after 12.29 Aircraft Accident | Korean National Police Agency
Our research team conducted a study to examine the psychological status and trauma-related outcomes of forensic investigators (K-DVI) who were deployed to manage the aftermath of the Jeju Air Flight 2216 crash, which occurred on December 29, 2024. Based on the findings, we proposed a framework for establishing a systematic psychological service system for police personnel, including forensic investigators.

Program Development for Enhancing Psychological Support for North Korean Defectors | Ministry of Unification
This research aims to develop an evidence-based psychological program targeting female North Korean defectors, considering their cultural context and complex traumatic experiences. Our research team mainly utilized mindfulness-based approaches and emotional schema therapy tactics to intervene this highly traumatized population.
